Hilary Duff's Platinum Blonde Formula

Hilary Duff has been keeping her platinum locks looking fresh as ever, thanks to the talents of Nine Zero One‘s Nikki Lee (@nikkilee901) and Riawna Capri (@riawna). “She’s never been platinum before, and she loves change,” says Capri. “This winter white compliments her skin tone and she looks beautiful with that baby glow!”
