After losing fight to levy 'Amazon tax,' Seattle is back to square one on helping homeless

Amazon and other businesses squelched a Seattle tax to fund homeless services, leaving the city with no clear path forward to deal with the crisis. Many cities that are experiencing a tech boom are grappling with a similar situation, but it’s particularly acute for Seattle.
